Tobias Vant carries himself with an easy confidence that quite possibly borders on arrogance. It's a carefully crafted mask, that's to be certain. He's outwardly friendly and an apt enough conversation partner, though his eyes may never make direct contact, and he gets uncomfortable when the attention is on him for too long. Oft he's been described as a bit moody, prone to mood swings and an unbridled annoyance that can't be attributed to one thing... But that's a rare occurrence, usually.When asked the question of who he is, the answer is simple: A vagrant. He goes wherever, does whatever, though the rumors that follow him aren't necessarily good. A beast-hunter, petty criminal, a dog for his mistress, and a man who isn't above killing or beatings to get the job done. All hearsay, of course. Tobias will still claim to be just a simple vagrant.
His movements are sure-footed, graceful, and hold a confidence of which no man should be able to have. Even if he certainly knows he's unfamiliar with something, he'll absolutely act like he is. Faking it until he makes it is something of a second nature at this point- And it hasn't failed him so far.Physically, Tobias is no doubt of Imperial heritage. His features are sharp, almost hawkish in nature. His hair is an inky black, his eyes as green as the forestry he so easily surrounds himself in.He doesn't fancy himself the muscular sort, boasting a build that's instead rather tall and lean. That's not to say he isn't capable- Where he lacks in strength is made up for in speed, and at least he can pack a pretty hefty punch.

◈ Poacher - Though Tobias prefers the term 'hunter', he's been labeled in multiple lands as a poacher for hunting on grounds that aren't technically his. Whether it be in trouble with the law or protectors of nature, he's bound to cross the wrong individual with his day-job.◈ Tracker - Tobias is a talented tracker -- A skill that has come along with many years of hunting in various habitats. Because of this, he tends to market himself as something of a 'people-finder'. Though animals are easy to follow, he's been able to apply his skills to tailing individuals and finding those that don't want to be found.◈ Vagrant - With no real place to call home, Tobias often finds himself wandering between many lands. Cyrodiil is his homeland and the easiest place to find him, but he's been known to frequent Hammerfell, High Rock, and occasionally as far north as Skyrim.◈ Shitty Criminal - Tobias isn't a practiced criminal, but there is work he's not above doing that might require the light-footed sharpshooter. Bigger 'heists' he's been involved in haven't exactly gone well, but it's still something he can attest to his name.
